A two-week intensive designed for emerging front office staffers looking to build a foundation in data-driven decision-making. We'll cover introductory concepts in statistics, how to apply systems thinking to your personnel processes, and ultimately how to turn raw data into actionable roster decisions.

Emerging full-time personnel staffers deeply curious about applying analytics to the way they build rosters, evaluate talent, and operate their programs. You likely have a title of: Director of Player Personnel, Director of Scouting, or Personnel Assistant/Associate/Analyst.
Approximately five hours, spread across two weeks and completed entirely on your own schedule. Office hours are scheduled individually at your convenience. The material is designed to fit around Spring Ball — but the participants who get the most out of it are the ones who engage with it seriously!
